Amazon Business, the online vendor for office supplies and services, e.g., invoicing, has stretched out into Italy and Spain, a move that express its interests in the corporate services world.

These new launches come a year after the firm got its platform underway in UK’s marketplace adding to the number of European nations that Amazon Business serves to five. What’s more, the company also has a consumer service.

While Amazon has not given figures to show growth patterns in the two new regions, the store said it has “hundreds of thousands of business customers all over Europe, ranging from sole proprietors to listed companies.”

For merchants who would like to benefit from the platform, office supplies like staplers are available to business owners, but retailers are required to register as certifiable businesses because service providers often use these sites to give special deals.
